Cork is gently harvested from the bark of the cork tree which regenerates it in 9 – 12 years when it is harvested once again. Cork trees are never cut down or harmed during this process. Cork truly is a renewable source. However, the general wine drinking public falsely believed that metal and aluminum screw-top stoppers were a better choice when in fact they aren’t recycled and fossil fuels are needed to produce them.  We created social media videos simply delivering the facts in an entertaining and memorable way.
